Managing Changes (Language English and Italian)


How many changes have you already dealt with in your life? Did you welcome them as an opportunity, or did you feel like you were in difficulty? Let's see how to best address them, both in private life and at work.


The programme:

  • WEEK 5 - Skills necessary for change

Apart from lessons and quizzes, the course proposes part of movies for explaining in a clear and involving way specific arguments. Moreover some tips of reflection are offered for discussing in the forum with the other participants. At the end of the course a Role Play is available for testing what learnt during the MOOC and also some interviews with companies and former students for having a look on their point of view.

The teacher:

Ingrid Hollweck graduated in Economics and Commerce at the Otto Friedrich Universität, Bamberg (Germany) and possesses a Master in Business Administration from the SDA Bocconi. She has been dealing with the development of people, teams and organizations, first within the companies for which he worked, then as a consultant, for 18 years. Ingrid Hollweck is an I.C.F (International Coach Federation) certified coach. She has been working as an Executive & Corporate Coach for companies for 10 years. Other than that, she is a lecturer and facilitator for seminars on the topics of leadership and organisational behaviour.

Teaching-Learning methodology

- A mixed among cMooc (based on discussion among the participants and creation of contents) and xMooc (based on transmission of contents through video, documents, tests). - Forum


- Passing with success the 60% of course activities (quizzes), student get a digital certificate of participation in PDF. This certification doesn’t recognise any credits. - The learning outcomes are evaluated through 5 weekly quizzes. - Quizzes are proposed at the end of each week. - All Quizzes have the same importance
